Decrease Your Risk of Cancer by 40%

A UK research report found that over 40% of cancers could be prevented by a healthier lifestyle.  Smoking, unhealthy diet, alcohol and being overweight were the top factors and the numbers could be improved with changes in 14 additional lifestyle and environmental factors.

34% of cancers in 2010 in the UK were linked to either smoking, diet, drinking alcohol or excess weight.

Other factors linked in both men and women were a lack of fruit and vegetables, infections such as HPV and excessive sun exposure and tanning beds.

The evidence is overwhelming:  Proper diet, lifestyle and environmental choices are critical in avoiding modern chronic diseases.  Following TurboCharged is the best health insurance and disease prevention program money can buy.
